1. What kind of pieces do you customize?

We customize earrings, grills, necklaces, charms, watches, bracelets, rings, and more.

2. How do I put in an order?

Text, call, or email us to discuss how you would like your piece designed. Next, we will have a CAD (Computer Aided Design) created for your approval prior to starting on the piece. CADs are optional.

3. Is there a downpayment fee?

A minimum of $200 is required up front if you choose to have a CAD. We cannot start on custom pieces until at least half of the purchase price or the full amount is paid. 

4. Can I make payments?

Yes. You can make payments on your customized piece. Please keep in mind that the minimum initial payment is $200.  Once you have satisfied half of your purchase price, we will begin on your piece. 

5. How long does it take?

Average time is 3-6 weeks depending on size and detail.

6. How do I make payments?

Payments can be made online or in person. Invoice will be provided.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
